Here's the link to the transcript of the PAX GMless RPG Workshop. The audio was pretty hard to follow, so I broke down and typed it up:

PAX 2011: GMless Role-playing Games Workshop

Listen in amazement as everyone insults Xander (including Xander!). Cheer as Feiya calls bullshit! Hear Morgan deliver ironic zingers! Sit in sheer stupefaction as Pat remains terrifyingly silent! Gasp in horror as we level stunning indictments against the sacred cows of gaming! It's a brutal roller coaster of game theory!* Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and the elderly listen at their own risk.

I've got two-thirds of it posted and the rest is on the way. Yeah, it's long. It's an hour and a half of dense discussion.

* admit it, you never expected to hear those words in one sentence

Just posted the big finish: PAX GMless RPGs part 6.

Thanks everybody who came for making it so fun and thought-provoking.
