Sailing to Capella (Polaris)

players: Shuo, Xander, Jobe, Ben

Dorado (Ben, antagonist Shuo) enjoys the peace and quiet of sailing his sky-ship in the effulgent glow of the aurora borealis. It would be nice if his fiance took some time off from the priesthood and sailed with him, but she's busy with her prophetic dreams of fiery storms of meteors raining down from the heavens. Falling stars?!? The immortal stars, falling? Impossible!

Cygnus (Jobe, antagonist Xander) is having bad dreams. Slaying demons and finding his knight-captain's face inside the helmet. With his lover / fellow knight Chara at his side, he's a match for any demon, because he's the Chosen One. Would all that "Chosen One" stuff go to his head? Maybe make him become a crazed demonic tyrant? What are the odds?

Dorado offends an old lady ("what do you mean she's the guardian spirit of the city? Oops.") and has to make up for it by sailing for ten years into space to land on her star and say he's sorry. She turns out to be a pretty cool gal. But while he's been gone Cygnus has pretty much ruined the traditions of our people and erected cults and massive statues in his own honor. Homecoming level = awkward +1000.

Missed opportunities: Experience-ticking threesome with my fiance Sadr, my wicked first mate hottie Corvus, and the Dove of the North (my ship).
Story Games Seattle was rebooted in March 2010 as a weekly public meetup group for playing GMless games. It ran until March 2018, hosting over 600 events with a wide range of attendees.

Our charter was: Everyone welcome. Everyone equal. No experience necessary.
