A playtest document was just released to backers ... looks pretty cool. It does involve a (rotating) GM. The kickstarter closes in 5 days, and for anybody on the fence, it totally seems worth a few pounds.
Story Games Seattle was rebooted in March 2010 as a weekly public meetup group for playing GMless games. It ran until March 2018, hosting over 600 events with a wide range of attendees.
