We played a hilarious game of The Quiet Year. Highlights:

  • Smoke. Everywhere.
  • An abundance of fuel, but no expertise: "How do we use this stuff?"
  • A giant meteor was set to knock us out of orbit... buuut we didn't really deal with that for like, six months.
  • Mushroom people with mushroom bombs living in mushroom... clouds?
  • Starting up the oxygen purifier, but it pumps methane into the atmosphere.
  • "Hey, um, so we may have scavenged your ship and stolen your car... our bad."
  • Old Gun Joe, Shooty Jim, and Little Sally--fastest guns on the asteroid.

Fun game everyone. I haven't laughed that much playing Quiet Year in... well, ever!

I still can't believe you didn't have an abundance of robots. Think how charming that would be! And clanky!
