Hair of the Ghost (Mar 25)
In A Wicked Age
players: Flynn, Sylvia, Jason. GM: Ben

Our Wicked Age oracle spun us a tale of drowned ghost-maidens, forgotten temples, and treasure hunters (well, one really hapless treasure hunter). We had some really nice snowballing conflicts ("back at the haunted lake?!? crap!") and a nice mix of tragic endings and poetic justice.

Really fun playing with some of the Gamma Ray regulars.

I especially liked being hopelessly drawn back to the destiny of the character, and then proceeding to drown in the water. damn dice!

I really thought for a second Nebis was going to jack the bird-spirit and ride him to freedom, and then -kablam- disaster.

There's a bunch of other In A Wicked Age Oracles online that people have whipped up. My favorites so far are the Heavy Metal fantasy and the pirate sets. They draw a random set when you click on a link, so you have to refresh the page to draw a new oracle.
Story Games Seattle was rebooted in March 2010 as a weekly public meetup group for playing GMless games. It ran until March 2018, hosting over 600 events with a wide range of attendees.

Our charter was: Everyone welcome. Everyone equal. No experience necessary.
